RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy #1 – Store Credit Only
Due to the limited availability of our collections, we accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags must be attached.

Items must be free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other stains.

Sale, clearance, custom-made, and special-order items are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
Return Policy #2 – Exchange Only
Our pieces are produced in limited quantities. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.
We gladly accept exchanges within 5 business days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible items must:

Custom orders, accessories, jewelry, headpieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

All Sales Final
Because our collections feature limited-edition and handcrafted pieces, all sales are final.
We only accept returns if:
